If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, Happy Back is here to help! In the 48 Contiguous United States, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns bear a 7% restocking fee. Outside of the US, you still have 30 days, but additional shipping charges may apply for returns in addition to the 7% restocking fee.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- If an item is on clearance, and says final sale, it cannot be returned.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email email@example.com your order number, reason for return, and if you’d like an exchange or refund
- We will email you back a prepaid shipping label for you to print and apply to your return package
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- Refunds take 7-10 business days to post to your account
- Exchanged goods will take 3-7 days to receive once we receive your returned item
- Additional shipping charges apply to any returns outside of the 48 Contiguous United States
- Lost or damaged returns will be handled on a case by case basis, Happy Back LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund, or issue a partial refund if returned goods are damaged.
